  Just thought I would pass along my disappointment with Williams Lift Company, my father in law was struggling with cancer and needed help to get up and down stairs, we had a good appointment with the sales rep who says if we buy the 2 units for $6000.00(we did this in Oct 2016) they would buy it back no issues, well my father in law passed in Feb 2017 hardly used the unit, we decided to have them "buy" it back they offered my 88 year old mother in law -------------- $500.00 yeah not even 10% of the original cost. BUYER BEWARE bad sales practices and praying on the elderly sad sad sad

  We were looking for a company that rents a stair-lift, since my parents do not live in NJ,but need help getting downstairs when they stay with me. Williams was outstanding. They came when they said, wouldn't leave until I understood how to operate the lift and it was working exactly how they wanted it to work. Our installer Daniel was so patient which was very much appreciated.
